No matter what you still have planned for court, the main thing for me is that the house gets finished. Because if you are waiting for any rulings, you won’t move in within the next 10 years. What surprises me, however, are the 1300 per m2. Are those adjusted costs? Or why so cheap even though so much was dismantled and redone?

The 1300 € per sqm are my current estimated costs, based on the existing offers. What it will actually cost in the end, we will see.

I am not waiting for any rulings, at least not now. Where would they come from, without a lawsuit no ruling. Now the house will be finished, all previous defects have been documented, I have 3 expert reports and now the rest will be clarified with a new lawyer.
I have 3 people I will hold responsible: GU2, construction supervisor2 and lawyer1. GU2 is liable with his private assets, which definitely exist, the other two hopefully have professional liability insurance.
I am also taking action against GU1, but that will be even tougher.

For now. If he noticed that the dismissed lawyer is not on his heels yet, he still has all the time in the world and could use it ...

That is not correct. Claims are made for the period of the past 10 years. The only exception: the casino.
PS: The lawyer has not been dismissed yet.

Uff, these will be complicated proceedings, which also depend on each other. Your new lawyer will earn well ;)
