Awarding the trades themselves is not an option?

What am I doing right now? I am commissioning a construction company for the masonry and drywall work. I am commissioning the heating. I am commissioning the front door. I have organized the last window sealing. I am buying the floor coverings.

Okay then I read it wrong, I understood it as if it should come from a single source again, because no general contractor with full order books would certainly put up with that. My mistake. Nevertheless, I wish you good luck.

Then please read more carefully before expressing opinions and giving clever advice. Thank you.

The decisive factor is that GU2 (Fleischer) is still in the running. The question is only how this matter will turn out. In fact, it is almost a single award already.

The crucial question is whether Hausbau0815 has a better touch when selecting the craftsmen than when selecting the general contractors.

Wow, what a long thread in such a short time. I read the beginning like a crime novel, thanks for that! And since I read everything, I also allow myself to give my opinion.

1. You should take heart and FINALLY put the rescue of the project into professional hands. It’s pointless if, in addition to the butcher and the other incompetent people before, you now take over the continuation as another incompetent person *sorry*. The entire foundation is botched – the screed example shows that – the butcher doesn’t know it, you don’t know it – what is that supposed to achieve. Take money in hand, hire an architect, he will save it for you – otherwise it will end up even more expensive and a mess!!!

2. Allow me the criticism – you give your construction partners very little "room to breathe." If I evaluate your comments about them and your sometimes gag-like correspondence with them as an outsider, then I can understand that they eventually have to get out (run away). Sure, you are right – but put yourself in their place and ask yourself if you would feel like doing good work like that...

I’m keeping my fingers crossed and wish you success!
