What does the construction service description say about how thick your walls are at the top?

Upstairs, we had actually planned 11.5 cm sand-lime brick walls (for soundproofing), but the architect advised against it because of cracking and recommended double-planked drywall with 60 mm insulation. He is still sending us the soundproofing values. I think it will come out about the same since no plaster is needed. Why do you ask?

Well, they just look so thin in the draft. And you especially emphasized the soundproof walls so that the room next to the bedroom wouldn't be a problem. But I somehow don't believe that. We also have all drywall upstairs. It's okay since there are only two of us and no children. It is also quiet, but not so soundproof that you wouldn't hear anything.

Another version without tapering the kitchen, which in my opinion offers more spaciousness and room. Access to the technical room through the kitchen has the advantage of also serving as storage. Laundry chute in the bathroom is conceivable.
Children’s room increased to 15m² without significant losses in other rooms.
Chimney almost optimally located in front of the roof ridge.

I would not set the fireplace back, so that it breaks up the wall. Personally, I like fireplaces that still have a small bench in front of them, which protrudes outward. The cat could lie there wonderfully.

The last floor plan of yours pleases me quite a bit, I have already planned a similar one for myself (with more house depth) (at least on the ground floor, on the upper floor we simply have different space requirements).

I also really liked the utility room directly next to the kitchen, you don’t have to access the technology constantly so being further from the entrance doesn’t matter, at most supplies have a long way to go. I’m not exactly sure if it’s possible but maybe you could make a second entrance to the utility room? Maybe near it or adjacent to the garage or parking space?
