Yes, I thought that too, but I don't have a solution for my case yet

Then on the one hand you need a small ladder to clean the outside, but on the other hand there is nothing special to consider. Visually it doesn't bother at all, neither from one side nor the other. It would only limit the turn-opening angle and restrict the tilt-opening angle to about 80°.

My aunt also has the steps in front of the window in her house, and not just one, I don't find it bothersome at all. The kids like to sit there on the steps and look outside. But gradually they are getting too big^^

Something completely different... we are thinking about adding a conservatory at some point. It should also be heated in winter and have an electrical connection. Should we already pay attention to something now? Unfortunately, we do not yet know exactly where, so it is probably difficult to plan anything now. Is it actually possible to add something like this later in terms of electricity, heating, and insulation?

Uh, aha. a) why are you bringing this up now, after thoroughly dissecting the floor plan down to the last detail? b) what will happen to your specification of initiating a point per 100 sqm of built-up area?

a) The floor plan should definitely remain as it is. I also want to attach it to the house outside. (There are also conservatories, for example, where the dining table is. I don't want that, but an extra room). It was just an idea and might not even be feasible. For example, it would be possible to attach it to the west side of the living room. But I would only do that in 10-15 years and if I really feel the need then.

b) I couldn't forego anything now. We then have to see whether an additional 10 sqm might still be allowed.
