No, there are still about ~7m to the west, but the house is there anyway..Are the 11.65m already on both sides at the building boundary?

I did not mean your wallet, but that of the BU.No, there is enough money.
You mean you're then just under half a meter too close to the other house? Ok, I wouldn't have thought that was so dramatic. It's irrelevant anyway. You have already pretty much fixed your floor plan. No, there are still about ~7m in the west, but the house is still there..

No, the half meter is not the problem. Rather, with the SH 142, the living room would be facing northwest in my case, but the good side of the plot is south. Or if you rotate it again, the dining room faces northwest. Also not so nice. And with the SH 142 I don't see any way to have both dining and living face south. You mean you're then about half a meter too close to the other house? Ok, I wouldn't have thought that was so dramatic. It's irrelevant anyway. You have already set your floor plan quite firmly.
Unfortunately, I'm stuck right now. The mirrored version is relevant to me, which is why I uploaded it separately. There, I thought the living room would be in the northeast. With less than 8m house depth, you get the light from the south in the living room since it extends across the entire house depth. Unless you want to shield the living room from the north, for example because there is a busy road there. But I haven’t read anything about that so far.No, the half meter is not the problem.
