Simply mirroring quickly is unfortunately not possible, the upper floor is not symmetrical. The children's rooms become smaller and the bathroom bigger - mmmh.
I think the bathroom should definitely be moved to the lower left - so that it is above the utility room/guest bathroom on the ground floor. Otherwise, you have the problem again with additional downpipes, etc.
I find the number of wishes quite large compared to the number of sqm.
On the other hand, the closet with 2.5m is decent but tight for 2 people, right? OK, the wardrobe downstairs is also 2.5m x 0.6m, but otherwise it gets tight for the ball gowns.
Would you maybe rather sacrifice 1m of garden area for more depth and thus more versatility? Then the Maxime will also work... Or are we already at the edge of the building plot? I can’t tell.
I would rather not sacrifice more garden area. I already find the house oversized as it is. I would rather reduce something in the ground floor office or make the children's rooms smaller. The living area could maybe also become smaller (narrower and less deep).
