Floor plan design single-family house with around 150 m²

I planned two different layouts.
(The middle lamp will have a monkey swing next to it. Unfortunately, the fireplace couldn't be done differently or yours, the piano will be placed elsewhere if not in the guest room. At Christmas, you can put the thing with the dog into the living room). The idea of the table is picked up here, it is 2 meters long

I think the 1st option is the best and really well done!

Oh yes.. I think I read that [Die Insel] still has doors on the front? Then you have to store things like fondue etc. there, things you don't use often and then possibly move the bench away.

And don't skimp on the carpet size!!!

I once saw at a friend’s place that they had their TV on a low (very low) rolling table. When not in use, the thing was rolled behind/next to the sofa out of sight, and that was it for the nice but rather small living room. The cables remained connected so everything was ready to be turned on. A TV like that takes up an entire wall. I think it almost ruins every living room. It could be more homely without it.

If a corner sofa, then like in Var1 from ypg - I would still choose a different sofa solution.
