At least I don't take 4.1159 m completely at face value.

Sorry, my dears If one of us drafts something here, nothing is set in stone or binding. I also don't see anywhere that the staircase cannot be shifted by 20 cm. I can also move it by 50 cm; then the WC just becomes smaller, and the utility room can be shifted back up to the top of the plan. And so on. These should only be thought examples of how it _can_ be, not how it _must_ be. Least of all the dimensions. They are guideline values, nothing more. And thus the toilets should ideally be stacked, which I see here without any problem. It’s not some exotic design. But it’s slowly moving in the right direction[emoji2]

Yvonne is always so serious....

I rather found it annoying that the big bathroom upstairs would become even bigger.

Thank you, you speak my heart.

If I think about it carefully, I would actually set up a small laundry room and instead a large wardrobe room. In the end, you put as much as possible into the wardrobe anyway. I even like to put the vacuum cleaner in the wardrobe. Door closed – and it's gone. Therefore, the bathroom could be moved to the bottom of the plan and the toilets stacked.

By the way, I mercilessly put a floor-to-ceiling window in the ground floor in front of the stairs here. I really like that. :P

This chimney annoys me - maybe better to put it in the corner after all?

If it were my cabin, I would skip such a guest/office room. I am increasingly realizing that almost everyone is constantly playing around on the computer. These devices are actually indispensable in everyday life nowadays. Why not just integrate these things completely into the living room? The whole TV, YouTube, movies, network, etc. thing is already all one anyway.

Especially in narrow houses, I find it nicer if the office is eliminated and instead a large living space is created across the entire depth of the house. The feeling of space is nicer and not so tube-like. In addition, you have a panoramic view and light from three sides. A guest can also sleep in the children's room sometimes. Upstairs, rather an additional children's and guest bathroom. Maybe something in that direction. Surely endless ideas can be found on the internet.
