A question just came to my mind... it might not fit 100% with the topic of the floor plan, but an acquaintance just pointed out to me how sensible it would be to have at least exterior blinds on the south side on the ground floor (living room/dining room) instead of roller shutters... this way, the sunlight can be prevented much better, and as burglar protection, I don't need roller shutters.
I'm just surprised that people mostly only talk about roller shutters, and even our house provider didn't mention something like that... are there that many disadvantages, among other things in planning? Because otherwise, I think the advantages of blinds on the living room south side clearly outweigh.
