Floor plan design single-family house with around 150 m²

At the moment, the window is planned like the hallway window with 1 x 0.76 m, and we wonder if that's a bit too small for the bathroom.

The architect told me that small changes are still possible, such as moving a window. Of course, no major changes like moving a load-bearing wall or a completely new floor plan will be possible, unless I pay for it and the architectural firm makes the effort again. But I don't want that either. It is really only about minimal changes.
