Ok, I did not want it that way. At the moment, I also see the conservatory more on the west side than on the south side. On the west side, there is currently only a window, so no exit point. This would then need to be enlarged downwards to make a door, and then the conservatory could be attached. On the south side, the conservatory could actually only connect to the kitchen exit, but the property boundary is very close there, so the 3m distance could no longer be maintained. I would not have thought that this aspect would now question the entire house concept or influence the planning.

It doesn't question the whole, but probably half of the house concept. We're talking about an attached conservatory - not a tea pavilion in the back corner of the garden - and thus an extension.

And we talked about things like cupboard space next to a fireplace, steps in front of a window, etcetera. Attaching a glass box there is relatively no lesser consideration.

So, in my view, the conservatory should have been mentioned, preferably with the note of lowest priority in the floor plan.

Yes, in principle, there are of course these sides of the house - but in practice usually not. But you are of course right, a conservatory is also a very big decision. Well, unfortunately I did not have it in mind back then, that's just how it is. Now I just have to see how I deal with it.
