indeed.
I used to have my books in the living area too - I did not know any different. But honestly, it belongs to the last millennium nowadays to store books in the living area, because they are unsightly and gather dust.
A few beautiful pieces, a picture book, the old Brockhaus in a modern shelf... everything else should be passed on (paperbacks) or kept behind closed doors in the office.

But you say it yourself: setting up! And you would also be amazed at the Tupperware collection in the display cabinet.

There is decoration, color schemes, living suggestions, and surface consultations for a reason: because harmony is good for the psyche. Only some do not know how to implement it. And here is someone who feels uncomfortable.
Burden usually does not do good.

I see it a bit differently, maybe I have an old-fashioned opinion there. Besides, there are not only books on the shelf but also a closed section, then a nice glass section, etc. So it’s also a bit varied. I would rather not do without it.

Great, it really looks good! I could imagine it like this too. Whether the piano will ultimately stay there, I can still consider. The idea of the dark wall is really interesting, then the TV doesn’t stand out so much either! The curtains are also brilliant, it can really look like wider windows! Thank you!!

I just thought of something regarding proposal 1... if I leave out the piano and move the sofa more towards the table... won’t it be completely cut up by the window? We planned the south window so that it is completely behind the sofa. Also, the light behind the wall is not that great – it is noticeably darker than in front of the window. I actually find the latest proposal 3 better, where the sofa remains further under the south window..
