Because of cracking, a masonry aerated concrete wall becomes a drywall? Is there any truth to that? Or is it more about the cracking in the wallet?
No, there is enough money. I didn’t choose the supplier because of the low price, but because the seller knew his stuff and good materials, windows, etc. are being installed. If it had been more expensive with an even better seller, that would have been no problem either. But we didn’t find one. And everyone only builds with stones, so why should I spend more? Therefore, I place more value on the interior fittings, fireplace, shutters, etc. And about the cracks... yes, the drywall only because of that. The aerated concrete wall isn’t that much more expensive either. I also don’t want to keep filling and painting constantly.
