Yes, I had also already thought about planning an exit directly to the laundry area and a laundry chute.

Because of cracking, a sand-lime brick wall becomes a drywall? Is there any truth to that? Or is it more about the cracking in the wallet?

I would probably have chosen a floor plan like that as well if the plot were better shaped. I don't find the living room in the northwest so ideal, since there is a tall house to the west that blocks the light and is not something you necessarily want to see all the time. Therefore, having the living room in the southwest is better, as it tends to have a view to the south.

Interesting idea! There are still many more possibilities after all.
I actually wanted to avoid access to the utility room through the kitchen.

The fireplace is also not set back, only the chimney. The fireplace is in any case 50 cm in front of the chimney (since it is double-sided) and the aforementioned bench could also be placed there.

Are the 11.65m already on both sides at the building line?

No, there is enough money. I didn’t choose the supplier because of the low price, but because the seller knew his stuff and good materials, windows, etc. are being installed. If it had been more expensive with an even better seller, that would have been no problem either. But we didn’t find one. And everyone only builds with stones, so why should I spend more? Therefore, I place more value on the interior fittings, fireplace, shutters, etc. And about the cracks... yes, the drywall only because of that. The aerated concrete wall isn’t that much more expensive either. I also don’t want to keep filling and painting constantly.
