The bungalow with double garage and extension will cost in my opinion about 400k - 600 depending on BL or municipality. You will see the light on this at the latest in 2 weeks.

Edit. haydee was faster.

I provided all of that in my post: criticism yes, but in my opinion really justified, and also some suggestions and ideas on how it could be done better. Didn't you want to hear that? If everyone here criticizes the same thing, you should really reflect and consider whether there might be some truth to it. Example too dark living room. Everyone says that and you immediately defend it with: Nobody here wants to hurt you! You're really misunderstanding that

Why not? If I could, I would build one too. With a width of 27 meters, ...a nice L-shape, open towards the southwest, which can then also be roofed with a gable roof instead of a box where the rooms take away each other's chance of having a window ... works.

Si, si... garage is no longer possible.

I don’t understand the accusation. The draft simply raises many questions, as it offers solutions that seem very impractical. The answers refer to that. It’s a pity that you don’t like them. The clear style of the writers corresponds to what one can already read in many other threads in this forum. You explicitly ask for tips regarding the situation – these can only be given to a limited extent because, due to lack of data, it is unclear what the surroundings of the house look like. Children oriented almost to the north and little daylight in the utility room and living area (at least without skylights) are exactly the hints that could help further. You explicitly ask whether the draft makes sense. It does not. Standards for furnishing and walking paths are not practical. Going with the requirements to an architect is certainly the right approach. Living on one level, garage for the cars with access to the house, separation of children and parents, 2 showers – all fine and very well solvable – for the budget a small increase might be needed (which nobody likes to hear). If dealing with the computer program is difficult because it’s the first time building something like this – no problem, graph paper is almost always the better option for laypersons anyway. If the term "Fuchsbau" bothered you – sorry for that. The association came to me due to the walking paths – unnecessarily long corridor to the master bedroom, access to the kitchen only through the living area or utility room, central living area with little light, partly very narrow passages.

I think the plan to build a bungalow is good, we have one ourselves. The basis of the planning is still missing here. The layout of the rooms is still too much like Tetris and I would get lost in it as a stranger. Layout of the rooms, living room facing south with lots of light, view of the garden, kitchen with dining room also facing south, bedroom facing north, children's room facing east or west, own terrace? Utility room with external door to the driveway, garage will result.

I am being called for architects all too often. Cheaper and just as good is to sharpen your ideas using freely accessible bungalow floor plans. For the OP, the website of team massiv is recommended. Also Scanhaus Marlow Marlow has something with two KZ. Or Eksjö. Search yourselves. Yes, it can be better than what is shown. The utility room must be at a corner facing the street because the pipes and lines are introduced into it. Gas, water, electricity, telephone.
