You can't prevent that in a forum full of amateurs. Otherwise, it would be an expert forum with exclusively invited participants. I don't find it so bad when something false or inaccurate is said. It always gets corrected. That helps most people more than if you were not allowed to talk about it at all.

I also find it strange that most attention here is paid to the chimney (living room) instead of making the best and most living value out of a clear floor plan (and yes, also gladly with a fireplace, but the positioning of the chimney should then be left to the architect), but opening up untrue side issues here only causes confusion.

The best floor plan is useless if everything is thrown out again because the chimney doesn’t fit anywhere. Even the architect can’t perform magic there.
