I just placed the roof along the length on the existing floor plan. With external dimensions of 10.5 x 9.4, 2.20 m would have to be undershot at 6.3 m / 3.1 m. With a 5° roof pitch, I have a wall height of 1.93 m on the right side and 2.75 m on the left side.
Window sill height in the elevation is 0.8 m.
