Yes, many hints on how it could work but also various options. After all the findings, it would now be important to follow a "red thread" based on the most sensible approach! Sorry, but what you write always sounds so aggressive like "how can someone be so stupid, just sell everything and be done with it"! If you were in my position, that wouldn't help you either. I always live solution-oriented, because if a problem arises, it must be solved.

No one here is aggressive. But if you ask 10 times how to proceed and after numerous answers you still keep asking, then something is wrong.

Zaba, we are at 32 pages and there are so many well-meaning suggestions from different users. Can’t you understand that I am currently somewhat overwhelmed by all the events? You say sell, others say that’s nonsense, which I also hope! Then here are countless ways! Yes, which one is the most sensible? Man, the ground was just pulled out from under my feet here! Better now and before a signature, but now I want the right path to be shown! That would be very kind!

Next, first get the current development plan and see what is even possible. Then check the financing. What is financially feasible? Search for a house builder with the amount and development plan. I would recommend a general contractor. Prefabricated house providers would also be possible. Ultimately, also an architect with individual contract awarding, although that requires a bit of experience – not exactly your strength, I would say. So, in my opinion, the first two remain.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The development plan I uploaded should actually be current, but I will personally go to the building authority tomorrow to compare it with mine.

I have already requested a soil report as well, yes, it should have been done before the purchase. I have read that in the meantime! But I had one available for the entire development area.

I have already asked a general contractor, but I will get at least one more offer. Possibly also from an architect!

Financing is not the problem. I thought I would first look in the other direction to see what we want, get a price shown, and then go to financing. So is that wrong?
