So I was just at a provider nearby "Town & Country". Please don't start now with "is the cheapest on the market..." it was only 15 minutes away from me. I have a detailed conversation coming up soon, but today I was told that the house I want, max. 139sqm, would cost between 165 - 180k including additional construction costs. They calculate 50k for additional construction costs and might increase this due to the hillside location, etc. That is then also okay.

No, I haven’t signed anything except that they are allowed to contact me "Data Protection Act". And what do you say about it? Another question mark!

Then tell us what is in the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung]! Or improve it, otherwise we will be to blame that it doesn't end up being 180k€.

Your next step would be to go to a [Bausachverständigen] and have the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] checked so that you know what is missing!

And who did you finally choose? And are you satisfied?

Of course, I will gladly do that.

Hopefully you see that I take your advice and inform myself!

I have already read it and would definitely take it to heart!

Are there basically prefabricated house providers who come out well here based on the experiences? Yes, I have already used the search, but with your extensive experience, you can surely immediately say which one is more recommendable.
