And the rest Part 3:

Oh, and a large part of the piled-up soil will be collected next week.

I don't have time to read everything through right now. I would say it's a good basis. It exactly states how much soil is dug up and mineral mix is filled in. It is for straight plots - with you, there will be additional costs. Drainage ends as soon as it leaves the house. Write a list of what is still missing and note down things like extra charge for door filling (if desired), bathtub too small, etc. The electrical installation would be too little for me. You should really think about what you want and need. For one socket, I have already seen prices ranging from 25 to 60 euros.

How was the conversation do you think it fits?

Great. Hopefully a cost-effective pickup

It's a pity that quoting from it is difficult because of the image format. I really liked the pointing of the clinker bricks in its own juice.

This is a very neat and excellently designed description that goes well into detail. This is not a budget job first of all, you read many hints of expertise and experience, and no slick talk.

Personally, nowadays I would always add spare conduits for each cable bundle (i.e. empty pipes for retrofitting), because in ten years you will get used to the refrigerator that even reorders the milk faster than you can imagine today.

Pickup free of charge! Loading etc. is all done by the collector.

The conversation on the phone was very good. I can only say something about the on-site situation next week. We have three appointments with different construction companies next week, as was also suggested here. All from the region, so that we can make a proper comparison.

We are already aware of the additional costs, let's see how much soil will still be on-site until the start of construction.
