I never understand how I’m supposed to calculate if I don’t even know how big the house is going to be?

Regarding the soil: This can possibly be distributed on the fields by local farmers after harvest time. I’m currently clarifying this, but for that I also need to know whether it really has to be removed or if it can be used as fill as originally planned. That all depends on the possibility of the house, doesn’t it?

This is a commendably reasonable attitude of the municipality. The knee wall height is an absolutely superfluous regulatory parameter.

Irony or serious?

Another question mark at the end of a sentence. Now it’s getting boring. Go to a GU. Make an onsite appointment. How many times have countless people already written this here? I feel like I’m in kindergarten right now. I can only speak for my 4 farmers we know. Because I had the same idea with my 900cbm. They didn't even want to take 200cbm from me because it is so heavily regulated and if it comes out, you both will be fined.

Now a different topic, financing: You are 44 years old. That means the bank will want to see that you have paid off the house by retirement (I assume when the house is finished, it will be 21-22 years until retirement). Have you ever calculated 400,000€ over 22 years as a burden? How do you feel about the rate including additional costs?

How many times again, this is "easily" manageable for us!
