Town villas are no longer anything special at the moment.
Friends of ours solved it like this:
Ground floor large bay window, almost a one-story extension
Upper floor gallery
In the settlement, many town villas stand despite the development plan not allowing two-story construction.
Make sure you don't have the same exterior design as your neighbors. We were recently at my cousin's place; from bungalows to town villas, Bauhaus next to gable roofs, mixed in color, yet the settlement still looks boring and uniform. All white walls, anthracite accents, anthracite windows, and the outdoor area by the same garden landscaper.
