Thank you Katja!!! There are already so many comments that I had overlooked that! It seems to bring a lot of joy to some here! Help or support is defined differently by everyone!

No, without flipping forward I only wanted to refer to the number of full stories this morning. Not to the meaningfulness. People like to lump everything together and forget that, for example, a basement can also count as a full story, just like an attic. What applies to a roof also applies to a basement.

Basically, I stand for the order: first the plot, then the planning ON this plot ACCORDING to the development plan.

You know that

Stay cool. The tone in the forum is a bit rough because the harsh truth is thrown around. But in the end, everyone just wants to help. And our Yvonne - YPG is one of the best advisors here. I wouldn't upset her.

Everyone reads what they want to read. If you want to read approval for your city villa or have a problem with it being criticized, then you shouldn’t be in a forum. Don’t expect my honest and well-meant words to be updated here every hour. It is what it is: no city villa as you imagine it. Either as I originally suggested or a gable roof house. And no, I don’t want to annoy you, but rather to bring you back down to earth.

So I think the OP mainly wants to be able to live in 2 full floors. Even as a basement buried in the slope, if necessary. Whether that makes sense, I haven't even thought about it yet, because the financing isn't secured yet. Or what do you think?

That was also my impression, that the OP values that.
Therefore, I have outlined the possibility... (Because I am nice and others have generalized)

But apparently the OP doesn’t like that I cater to his needs?

For me, however, it would also just be a struggle.

Apart from that, the gradients are not really known yet to give any advice, except this: 2 stories is NOT possible!
