I can’t help you with painting. Flooring is relatively easy though: just look at what you like, multiply the price by the square meters, and then add 5-10% for waste on top. Also look at baseboards, see what you like, estimate the meters and multiply. It’s just a little bit of work, but sooner or later you’ll have to decide which floor to choose anyway.

I have roughly calculated a value of €2500 for the following areas with laminate 32 sqm and carpet 50 sqm including accessories, and I have already selected high-quality options. Does that fit with your experience?

Do you also have private and professional work done?

What do you think? You have enough instructions here in the forum on how to calculate.

I have said several times, also here in this thread: you have to work out the costs yourself. Only then do you see the ratio of material costs to tools or incidental costs.
It makes a difference which baseboards you have for how many linear meters. It also often depends on room sizes, how much waste there is, especially with carpet...

It may be that you still get patient answers for nicely asked questions – but you’re not doing yourself a favor, you can only pay for it later!

You get a real overview if you check and review your numbers every day. You can order material online, but you can and should also go to the specialist store around the corner and ask for the costs. That’s where you’ll also learn that laying flooring involves more than just the covering material.

I

With these values, I came up with a mid-range price class including 1/3 additional costs totaling 5300... that also includes a 20% waste factor for the carpet priced at 50€. If it gets cheaper, the money is already allocated elsewhere or is being spent on additional costs in the garden....

Well, we don't need carpet for 50€ per sqm. Even with half that price, you can get good quality! No, not from the hardware store!

And what about a 1030cm high "Doppelstabmatte" fence in anthracite for 90m including fastening material and transport for the L-stones? I have an offer but I am really curious about how the costs for this are estimated or your experience values regarding this.
