Katja, we have looked at countless houses and floor plans on z500 and on the internet, and there was always something missing or something that nobody needed. So far, your design and the way you positioned it have captivated us. Only the upper floor was designed for 3 children's rooms, and for our ideas the bathroom was too small, but downstairs simply perfect! And since we see it that way, it’s perfectly fine to say so multiple times!

Mistake. A two-story building cannot be the basis for a one-story building.
The basis is a one-story building, in which you try to accommodate your room program. And that is no art.
And for a calculation, it is also not important how the rooms relate to each other.
Hanover and its surroundings have several house building companies. Starting with the model house park of Viebrockhaus, then Heinz von Heiden, Helma and including Nurda.
Other smaller general contractors are in the same price range as the latter – not high-class houses, but certainly not bad.
I'll now visit Zaba

53 pages, no step further and not a bit wiser though:

:P That's how it can happen...

It has already been made very clear several times: Get your ass up! You have to deal with the house, what would even be possible on the plot. But somehow you expect others to do your work and serve you with results. TAKE CARE OF IT!
I wonder - if someone has already built a house - how can you stumble through the world so ignorantly??

I actually read the whole thread. It was a bit like a car accident... you can't look away. Mentally, I sit down with ypg and Zaba - with popcorn and beer in hand

Unbelievable!

Thanks for the tips! As I said, Katja’s ground floor layout really fits our ideas very well. Possibly a bit longer, because it is quite square due to the city villa. Then the utility room might also be a bit bigger. I had already mentioned that the upper floor does not fit yet, of course. But it is already going entirely in the direction we want. Yes, Zaba should have some mercy on me – not everyone is a professional and some need a little longer to understand everything! As a process manager, I thought he would know that!

Great way of expressing yourself, always with "Get off your butt!" There’s no sign of any ability to learn! Funny the opinion of some ...

Another example with a sporty staircase.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to calculate the 2/3 correctly because of the wall thicknesses. But it might even be enough for a third gable in the dressing room, with a knee wall of 1m, if I haven't completely miscalculated.
