Well, development plans are not always rigid. Our development plan allowed only 2 full floors for 1 year. After the building authority realized that a separate regulation for slope properties was needed, it was adjusted in June to 3 full floors for all properties with slopes.

You are right that it is my responsibility, but if something like that is about to change, I would have liked to receive information about it, especially when you are already on site! As I said, we now have a better starting position or more alternatives for the design, right?

The budget is not the problem. We bought the plot because we just loved the location. I've already come to terms with a higher budget.

I also found this text. However, I wasn't sure if this change is actually valid for WA 2. I would be cautious there! I specifically only read about WA 3. The original development plan does not seem to be available online anymore. In any case, I would definitely inquire about it next week.
