I think Zaba tends to exaggerate a little bit. Schaumburger Land is not Munich. We built 175m² for 285k four years ago. Not in Munich either, of course, but even if he pays that now for the 140m² due to price increases, he's still not at 400 including the slope.

The slope was over about 35 meters.
Of course, I also hope that we can manage with a max of 300-350k.

As I said, it’s better to ask your future neighbors. Every provider is only as good as their regional chief on site. For you, Town & Country might be great, for me maybe terrible. Don’t be shy about it! Whoever just built a house usually likes to talk about it – some might even let you have a look right away...
