The house I/we mentioned from Scanhaus Marlow Marlow (SH 142 Drempel FS) already had a bay window included and was listed there from 192k including the foundation slab. Therefore, I thought there would still be some room for manoeuvre with additional extras

Why are you now coming around with a prefabricated house provider’s price for a house? YOU had a quote for a solid house made. Your thought process is still confused. Now you are comparing apples and oranges again!!!

It will be a solid house anyway. But right now, after the living area was determined to be 140 sqm, I'm trying to see what can still be done to the appearance so that it stands out "a bit" from the crowd.

I just thought, if a prefab house provider has these captain's gables in their house, then hopefully they shouldn't cost too much in solid construction either. If you see it differently, then I gain another experience.

With 2 captain's gables, it won't be single-story again. I think there is only enough space for one, unless you put a bay window underneath with a balcony above. *giggle*
