Solid wood Kfw 40 or passive house or something in between individual, relatively small, good all-around service. The construction performance description also contains few on-site items. High transparency. Friends of ours built with Albert Haus, they are also satisfied. Make sure that your provider has a construction manager who coordinates all trades and is the contact person for all parties involved until acceptance.
