No, I have "only" 320 cbm, some of which is being picked up now. Let's see what's left then.

Or sell him everything that is available. "Did you actually want a fireplace with a chimney? What about roller shutters? We currently have a promotion for colored window frames. If you buy the bay window together with the balcony, I can give you a discount. For the garage, I would only take doors with remote control. Have you heard about the new smart home system? The heating provider now has a completely new model. With the increasing heat every year, you should also consider an air conditioner, which could be well combined with the central ventilation system. You didn't have ZWL on your plan yet? Everyone has that now...." Sorry Franky. A little fun must be.

That is interesting, that the search for "Hanghaus" according to the motto "three shots, three misses" only brings up non-Hanghäuser (with a valley-side exposed basement). Even in the mentioned Opta I cannot recognize a Hanghaus.

The cigarette afterwards is supposed to be quite rare among non-smokers – so I wonder what a balcony is good for (if you have a garden anyway).

I also find amusing the landlubber idea that a ship could have a second captain to go backward. No, captain's gables only really exist in the singular, and in the mentioned Scanhaus Marlow Marlow it is rather a cross gable / return. But whatever: to avoid a full story it would be a shot in the oven anyway.

The OP must have missed that I said: the plot alone almost guarantees that one will deviate from 08/15 here (unless one acts the fool and gets the jack and props the garden up on L-stones).

On a catalog house a suspender belt will have the same effect as a clown nose: it looks like carnival.

I’m off now until it continues here again. Continue means: take a design – the latest from Katja or the SH142, that hardly matters in this round – and have concrete prices written on it.

Whereas the wall material and whether the wall is site-built or prefabricated don’t affect the price, the Lithuanian egg converted to an apple will land on the apple price too.

Try it yourself!
Although I had searched for "Hanghaus" and "Satteldach".

I think your statement at the beginning fit when I jumped from A to C, but currently not at all!

We have now settled on a 1.5-story house that can be built according to the development plan, and this even has a captain's gable as 1.5 - point! That I then ask whether this would also work on the other side and it is said "nooo, then it is no longer a 1.5-story" is, according to your statement, once again "he doesn’t learn!". I currently see this completely differently because it was a perfectly normal question from a non-expert. Such a thing should be allowed to be asked here in the forum – even after the history.

Every builder had wishes and ideas in advance and eventually had to bury them, and currently it is no different for us. But it is always forgotten here that we already went through this with our then construction engineer, otherwise, there would be no draft plan for the Letten house. I always wonder whether you stop reading at that point or just don’t want to understand!

No, I want to clarify in advance, if I/we like it, whether it would even be feasible. Once again, I am not an expert and don’t know much about many parameters, and that’s why I ask "people" who hopefully know about it and have experience. A single sentence like "it won’t work for you" would help, and then we wouldn’t have to consider it any further or worry about it. Doesn’t work, too bad, move on!

Nobody can tell me that every one of you wanted to build a house, saw one, and that was it. You always have your options A, B, and C in mind when walking through the model house park. Everyone tries to get the optimum for themselves or do you all just settle for C right away? I keep fighting for A until it really doesn’t work. Maybe a mistake in my approach!

Look, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing for some time; I can’t understand that statement!

[*]Check development plan to see what’s even possible – check
[*]Requirements for the property – check!
    [*]Required living space – check!
    [*]Desired house type – check!
[*]Details of the house exterior – currently working on it
[*]Individual rooms & equipment – next step
    [*]etc...

I think there is already a clear thread to be seen. If something is missing from the sequence, I am happy to incorporate that. According to this thread, those were also your recommendations.

Every proposal, that’s why I signed up here, I check whether it would be an option for us. What is wrong with that again?

Have I already taken the pink door??? No, I won’t, but it was shown, albeit exaggerated, that such a thing is also possible. I simply call this gathering inspirations and weighing what makes sense and what doesn’t! Also regarding costs!

I was with a general contractor again today as well as yesterday (just on the topic of being teachable). None of them interpret it like you, but rather it has been said repeatedly, you have already dealt extensively with the building project. Ok, maybe I should send them the link here!

Guys, I keep thinking with some comments here, nice that there are so many perfect people who made no mistakes before and during their construction phase, never changed their minds, and immediately knew what they wanted because they read magazines and in the end could be proud as punch of what cool guys they are.

I/we belong to the very normal people who are not construction experts, really very grateful for support and ideas that bring us closer to our goal of the new house! For this, once again my thanks to everyone, even if some see this more as a soap opera!
