That way, as some here have already suggested, you can integrate the house into the slope of the property, not have a cookie-cutter house, and possibly also fulfill the desire for not so many rooms with slanted ceilings. I just don’t know if with this option you don’t lose too much of the beautiful view? It is really difficult to find a good middle ground!

I did write to you what you have to calculate with and what you can deduct. My calculation also includes 2 levels of 65m L-bricks at 80-100cm with terrain modeling! This fun costs me about €30k gross
