Until now, it has always been said only 1 full floor. They are currently in the process of developing the second part of the construction area. I have heard from some people here that the Sparkasse wants to build not only single-family houses but also apartment blocks there. Could it be that there was a change in the development plan because of this?

I always think, how is an average person supposed to know all this?

Well, development plans are not always rigid. Our development plan allowed only 2 full floors for 1 year. After the building authority realized that a separate regulation was needed for the hillside properties, it was adjusted in June to allow 3 full floors for all properties with a slope.
