But you are just throwing money out the window right now :-p.
You can do all of this yourself and save money. You can calculate the material costs yourself.

Otherwise, through a specialist company:
1. Laying laminate €45/ per m² without material
2. Painting with us €6000. Deduct 1/3 for the basement.

I will lay and buy laminate and carpet myself.
However, I am cautious about the painting work. I can wallpaper and paint one wall myself, but what about the filling work beforehand? I can hardly estimate that and according to the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung] the walls are, in my opinion, not suitable for wallpapering.

You can wallpaper with woodchip on Q2. Check out YouTube, there is information on the topic. I did it myself recently.
