Of course, we would also choose the economical option. But isn't it still different from region to region? I mean the prices?

Sorry, I can't see it on my phone. Where are you building?

Then subtract from my positions,

- €60k basement
- €15k photovoltaic system
- €6k if you take a beech wood staircase
- €5k because of the outdoor area
- €10k because we have a lot of tiles
- €6k if you want basic electrical
- €4k if you do the painting yourself

You can forget the regional price because your general contractor will not work for free.

Where do you stand with the prices of my trades then?

You misunderstand me.... I don't want to save on things that are useful and necessary. Otherwise, I might as well live in an apartment!

What I mean with the prices is that construction companies etc. in Hamburg, Munich or Cologne are more expensive than if you live or build further outside. Believe me, I come from the greater Hamburg area and companies from the neighboring federal states like Saxony-Anhalt once told me, "As soon as we leave this district, our hourly wage immediately triples. Here in the region, you wouldn't get a customer at those prices, but there it is common due to the metropolitan areas!"

It seems to me that you do not want to accept the prices. Do you think I live in Munich, Hamburg, or Cologne???

You have certainly noticed that the list does not include an architect, structural engineer, energy consultant, or general contractor profit.

So, estimate it correctly. [Rosa Wolken Konditionen] only exist if you contribute a substantial amount of your own work.

... well, BY is already a rather expensive federal state. No, I am slowly starting to believe that the costs have been very impressively shown to me here.

But please don't forget in the whole discussion that a construction engineer quoted me different prices over months. It is understandable to then assume these are correct and not budget more – after all, it was calculated by the "expert"!

Finding the right expert seems to be the problem!
