I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly by "required room areas." Personally, I would congratulate you on this or a similar choice. Even though most would probably have preferred something more spectacular. I'm not really into experiments when building a house. I'm just old-fashioned.

We will now commit to this so that we don't keep changing horses! I meant that with this variant there should no longer be any problems with the height. Therefore, I could then adjust your room planning accordingly, with the dressing room situated exactly in the bay window. However, I/we would find it great to put a balcony on the bay window, so we would probably have to swap the rooms then.
