It will be a solid house one way or another now. But at the moment, my concern is, since the living area has been determined to be 140sqm, to see what can still be done to the appearance so that it "somewhat" stands out from the crowd.
I just thought, if a prefabricated house provider has these captain's gables in their house, then "hopefully" they shouldn't cost too much in a solid house either. If you see it differently, then I gain another experience.

You could also raise the standard ceiling height on the ground floor by one row of bricks. That doesn't cost anything :-p
