A standard construction service specification states a white washbasin 60 cm large. White tiles 30x30 cm. Toilet white. With that, you won’t be able to do anything. You also won’t get any pictures with the construction service specifications. Usually, it’s just a lot of text.

Do this for each room and take your time.

Yes and no. You can make an otherwise pretty nice house look quite cheap overall with socket frames "on medical prescription."
