What is this supposed to mean? What are these insinuations?

We wanted to build new and searched on the internet and came across this civil engineer. Yes, it was a mistake and too naive to think that new construction is possible at such prices. But I have already admitted that several times!

Then we wanted a different house type and so I came across Katja's floor plan. Then it turned out that you can't build like that on our plot. That is the truth about the development process!

Look, we all make mistakes, but I would like to receive support for reorientation because it doesn't help to keep looking back!

Suggestions on how to proceed now?

Yes, of course, otherwise I would have shut down here a long time ago!

Have you already received tons of the last 30 pages. If you still don’t know, then there is no help for you.

For non-Frisians, this must be some kind of tradition, not even coming up with the obvious idea of diking.

Certainly not with skylights. Or you turn the shed roof and make the high side face the valley. Also a kind of one-and-a-half-story and still without a gable roof.

Apart from the already mentioned warranty, they probably won't like giving up the trade margin so easily.

Is that the only way? Sell?

That is not a way, but nonsense.
