Oh yes, I just received the current price list from Town & Country (City, Country, River also nice...). The following services are included in all these prices:

    [*]incl. earthworks
    [*]incl. base slab
    [*]incl. solar system
    [*]incl. ventilation system
    [*]incl. gas condensing boiler
    [*]incl. triple glazing
    [*]incl. triple protection letter

Oh, and he also told me that roller shutters are included.
Just wanted to mention that, because with Bien-Zenker, for example, none of these things are included according to the internet. You would have to ask Bien-Zenker.

Because I supposedly don't have much knowledge and everything would be handled from a single source. Also in relation to the property and the slope.

Please check carefully what the included services look like.

As Kaho already wrote, ask the neighbors. Town & Country works with regionally different companies.

Ok, now that you have understood that you have to compare the offers based on the contents, you can take a step further and compare the contents for quality differences. For example, triple-glazed windows (by the way standard) with what kind of locking? which tilt-and-turn mechanism? how many handles? which handles? and so on. This then applies to every trade and every nail - have fun!

That’s also how you learn what you want.
