Really, an answer like that from you? Don’t you think that Danwood for €170k also delivers €80k less performance than Luxhaus or another provider in that segment?

How was that again with the Lada that has leather seats?

What exactly do you need? Feel free to provide details with the respective standard and equipment.

If laminate is okay, small-format tiles, plastic edge protection instead of metal, simple white light switches, etc., then he is well taken care of at Danwood and Co.

We place value on a nice big bathroom!

This is the rough room planning:

Upstairs

    [*] 2 children's rooms (preferably 12-13 sqm)
    [*]1 bedroom (preferably 11 sqm)
[*]1 dressing room (preferably 8.5 sqm)
    [*]1 bathroom (preferably 12-13 sqm)
    [*]1 hallway (? sqm)

Downstairs

[*]Living / dining area with open kitchen (? sqm)
[*]small pantry if possible (2-3 sqm)
    [*]utility room (preferably 12-13 sqm)
    [*]guest WC (2-3 sqm)
    [*]hallway (? sqm)
    [*]terrace (preferably partly covered)

Garage / double garage

[*]would be nice but not a must
    [*]carport is also okay

That would be it!

Ok, that's the room program. What about the equipment? Building services and standard? I.e. You like a kitchen floor made of linoleum? Because you don't have more wishes than a nice bathroom, right?

So where are the details?

Good laminate is completely sufficient for us. The tiles should be larger for the bathroom. Light switches, etc., should be reasonable but not top-of-the-line!
