I wrote incl. Grundstück! I have it, after all! I just don’t want to post it, because you can see your name there.

When am I supposed to laugh now? At you because you believe the price or at the Ing because he is so stupid?

What did your plot of land cost? Do you think you can get a house for the difference minus the incidental building costs? How much would the €/sqm for the house be then? 900€

Sometimes you make a typo. With this crazy amount, it's okay to ask. Take a photo of the offer and black it out with a digital marker. Then please upload it as a jpg.

Here so you slowly start to believe! House was offered as a prefabricated house in timber frame construction:

If I didn't know that You and He mean this seriously, then it would be both funny and sad at the same time. After seeing the numbers, I can only say that He would have sent you into personal bankruptcy without batting an eye. For the house, you would have been short at least €150-200k. Morally bottom of the barrel. Good that you registered here.

But since I have been talking myself hoarse until now and you still talk about individual trade contracts and engineer, it really gets too stupid for me. Listen to the people here who have experience and cut off all contact with the engineer. Have a house built by a general contractor.

Which company is the kit from?
Danwood charges three times as much for an insulated floor slab.
For us, the additional work from the tiler only cost that much.
I would have the offer checked!
We are not all-knowing either.
But for general understanding: Danwood and Scanhaus Marlow Marlow are budget builders, still okay if you don’t take many extras.
They still add the floor slab and transport costs.
And the ancillary building costs like outdoor facilities.
Please compare the prices now.
Your price reads like a garden shed equipped with single-family house technology.

Ah.... could it be that it is a shell construction with a technology package? Then the craftsmen’s services are still missing. Then that would add up!!!!
