The excavation is almost gone. I had offered it for free collection and gradually almost everything is gone. However, I still need a little bit for the garden design.

The final draft is currently being created.

Good that it is already gone at no cost

So here are the rough details of the current project:

- 170 sqm single-family house (approx. 85 sqm ground floor + 85 sqm basement living area)
- Hipped roof (roof overhang approx. 1.00 meter)
- Balcony over the entire ground floor
- Single-family house with brick cladding
- Air heat pump with underfloor heating
- 2 bathrooms etc.
- 40 meters of angle supports 1 - 1.50 m incl. installation
- Multi-utility entrance
- Wastewater pipes incl. laying
etc...

What I would really be interested in, however, is if someone from their own experience could tell me what others would/had to pay for everything?

So what would be a currently usual price for all this?

What does the fun cost you now? I posted my prices for the L-stones from 80cm - 180cm the other day.

I would be interested in your experience values on this, then I would know whether we are on the right track or not.
