I find this idea quite reasonable. Instead of a floor-to-ceiling window, install a regular window and preferably a bit further to the left. (Access to the terrace through the window on the right around the corner) Then a cabinet that stays under the window and hang the TV on the wall next to the window. Alternatively, you could also install a much higher and flat window. That way the TV fits on the cabinet.
Overall, however, the living room does not look nice like this. There is something on every wall everywhere. You can't achieve a proper living corner this way.

Also not particularly great but possibly an inspiration in the attachment:

A half-height wall where the cabinet + TV will go. From the sofa, you can nicely look at the fire. The chimney moves to the hallway, the fireplace stands straight and not rotated (but then you cannot see the fire from the dining area anymore). Maybe you should consider placing the fireplace somewhere completely different.

Well .. weird .. I was thinking more like one sitting with feet up on the couch and the other in the armchair. Also, you could put the TV on a foldable mount arm so you can swivel it away from the wall.

Parapet height 90 .. meaning the window starts above the backrest but still provides, for example, reading light. These window bands with parapet heights from 135 to 150 are unfortunately a disease for me in living rooms. They give me a basement feeling.

It is similar for us with the kitchen and living room. We will place the couch (similar to our floor plan) by the window. Opposite will go the TV cabinet, etc. We currently have it like that in our apartment and we like it.

(The kitchen on the floor plan is not quite right, it looks more like yours. For us, it will be a U-shape with a cooking island in the middle)

Thank you for the idea of placing the half-height wall not in the middle but "docked" to the wall. I really like this idea. We will now discuss to what extent this can be implemented, especially with regard to the "chimney moving into the hallway."

Is there any other idea where the chimney could be moved to?

Hello.

Thank you for your contributions, they have helped us and we have now come to a solution.
We do not want to do without the windows in the south and my wife definitely wants them to be floor-to-ceiling – therefore the sofa, as in some suggestions, has now moved to the northwest corner. Moving the fireplace into the hallway is not so easy, since there is another floor above...

Here is our current solution:

The living room will be about 1 sqm smaller and the stove will only be visually visible from the dining table and the kitchen. On the west side there should be a window starting from the ridge line with a parapet height of about 1.5 m.

Here is the attic regarding the fireplace:

Oh no, in my humble opinion, that just won't do.
I still find variant 1 the best, acquaintances have it as well and the living room with 470 cm width should allow for it.
Maybe you also want a Dolby system and then it gets even more difficult...
