I could still create a new one. I haven't found any information that this is not allowed. However, I also did not click through the forms to the end.
I'll quote myself.
I had mistakenly indicated the costs of the controlled residential ventilation as additional costs instead of as the total sum of the heat pump and controlled residential ventilation in the system costs. On 07.12. I noticed this and contacted the contact form. Since the response times and general accessibility are unfortunately not so great, I then submitted a second application on 09.12. I only signed the contract with our general contractor last weekend.
Today – 9 days after making contact via the form – I received feedback on my issue by email. Due to the duplicate application, my case is now under "fact clarification" and I will probably receive a letter asking for information on why a second application was submitted. The email also immediately mentions that I can have one of the two applications cancelled. I was just hoping for a direct extension of the caseworker or a personal email address as sender – but no, it only refers to the hotline and a pool mail. A pity, really. ;)
So it sounds like a solvable problem. :)
