As I see it, at least the offers should be available and are only to be presented upon request. How exactly they check the date, i.e. whether the offer was created BEFORE the application, I don't know. Has an application ever been rejected because of this? In any case, you would be on the safe side if the offer is dated before the application.

yes, it exists, it is already mentioned somewhere here, the question is only how the BAFA will handle it if the offer is dated after the application submission...

Ok. And from whom do you need an offer now? Can the heating engineer create one or is another trade needed? (Electrical (KNX) or drilling?)

For everything that goes into the application, there should be an offer, I think. In my case, that would be a brine heat pump with pipes up to the HKV, probe drilling, controlled residential ventilation. My general contractor wants to prepare the application together with me. Hopefully, it will work out with the offers as well. Actually, he commissions the heating engineer etc. for that, but I think he wants to arrange it so that the offers for the application come from him himself at first. Can that work?

For a brine heat pump, as additional costs, if at all, only the costs for core drilling of the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] would be relevant?
Do these really need to be extracted from the offer?
I don’t really understand the point here, since the offer is complete, for example, for the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], and later it will only cause confusion anyway; in the end, the total amount is funded anyway, or am I missing something?

unfortunately I already have a warning for posting links... so regarding the topic of drilling, that's a bit more complex...

Basically, a drilling company will not provide you with an offer as long as it does not know the KW power range of the heat pump. Only then can they determine, based on a geo-database and the address/parcel, how many and how deep the drillings need to be. I chose the path from the very beginning via the energy consultant -> thermal protection certificate -> heating load calculation -> discussed with the heating installer which pump we take -> had the drilling company prepare an offer with this information..

It is important that the company MUST be a member of the "BWP" association, because only THEN is the drilling eligible for funding. On the "BWP" website you will find a list of companies that are members...
