Yes, the heating installer filled it out and signed it. The offer simply described everything and listed all essential data about the pump again.

Regarding the costs: Yes, everything under asset costs and incidental costs at 0. There is an information sheet from BAFA in which all incidental costs, called "environmental measures," are listed, and these are usually costs for the building condition.

Great, that already helps me, thanks.
By any chance, have you also installed Smarthome(KNX) and maybe mentioned it as well?

No, for me construction will only start from 05.2021 and I still don’t know how I will implement the networking. The roller shutters initially operate via radio and the heating is already networked by itself. Everything else will be clarified during the construction meeting with the [GU] in the new year

With me in June and I want to include knx. Interesting to read that your heating is already networked, you probably also specified a controlled residential ventilation with BAFA, how did you network these regulators together? Modbus or something more special? lg

Yes, controlled residential ventilation is included in the offer, but I can't say anything about the rest because I have no idea :) My general contractor implements Smarthome with COQON, but as I said, I still don't know if I even need something like that or if a control system for roller shutters (Somfy), heating, and alarm system is enough for me.

Can the annual performance factor report also be signed by the general contractor or does it have to be signed by a heating engineer? Are there also people who have attached the annual performance factor calculation to the BAFA application without a signature and it was still approved?

And does anyone know whether removing the ventilation system after submitting the BAFA application leads to a new application (and thus to rejection due to the deadline on 31.12.) or whether the installation of a (different) heat pump without ventilation system only needs to be stated in the proof of use and the funding is still granted.

On the BAFA website, I have only found the following regarding this:
"If it is the same funding segment, it is sufficient to prove the installation of the other eligible system in the proof of use. Therefore, in this case, the submitted application does not need to be adjusted, as this is done in the proof of use. However, the new system must also be an eligible system.
But: If the decision for a different eligible system would lead to an increase in the approved funding amount, the applicant must file an objection against the funding notice within the objection period and communicate all changes in it.

If the decision for a different eligible system leads to a change of the funding segment – e.g. biomass system instead of heat pump – a new application must be submitted. This also applies in the case of dropping a renewable heat generator in EE hybrid heating systems (e.g. solar thermal system and heat pump applied for and after the funding notice only heat pump to be realized) or in the case of changing the renewable heat generator in gas hybrid heating systems (e.g. gas condensing boiler with heat pump applied for and after the funding notice gas condensing boiler with solar to be realized)."

Is this therefore a change of the funding segment if I switch from heat pump + controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery to only heat pump?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Have a nice Sunday.
