and what do you think about the statement/fact of .
BAFA is unreachable due to Corona. According to the note, this should work without offers?
There is nothing to add to Martial’s statement. The offer does not have to be attached to the application. However, the amount you enter in the application must be verifiable with an offer upon BAFA's request. Ergo: If you enter EUR 41,000 there, you must also submit an offer for exactly these EUR 41,000 dated before 31.12., upon BAFA’s request.
If the BEG funding next year is actually similar to the current BAFA funding, I am considering taking that and removing all the KfW stuff from the financing. Regardless, we will install a brine-water heat pump and also finance a photovoltaic system. It is because we get better interest conditions at our house bank than at KfW (even with 15 years fixed interest compared to 10 years at KfW), which means the repayment grant is partially eaten up by the higher interest rate of the KfW loan. And then there is the energy consultant, which you have to pay 50% of yourself. That can be a few thousand again. Then you also have this rigid credit construct, which does not allow for changes in installments or special repayments.
The BEG funding will certainly only be available with the involvement of an energy consultant.
It is actually quite simple. If the KfW loan application is submitted by 30.06., it is highly advisable to submit a BAFA application still this year.
However, if you only fix the financing in the second half of 2021, you no longer need a BAFA application. The new BEG funding conditions will apply anyway.
Either way, you probably cannot avoid the energy consultant.
And KfW funding without a KfW loan will be possible – if at all (as it has not yet been decided) – only from 01.07.2021.
