At our place, the heating and [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] will be inspected and switched on by Bosch on 13.10. We can submit the documents until the end of January 2023. The [GU] will then fill out everything and include the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], brine-water heat pump, as well as the passive cooling.

yes, for me it is only about the controlled residential ventilation, does it have to be adjusted, like the hydraulic balancing which is mandatory, or is the invoice and confirmation of the commissioning of the controlled residential ventilation sufficient?

Has anyone of you gotten the deadline extended a second time or tried to do so? We are currently experiencing extreme times. Depending on the winter, I will not be able to meet the deadline by 15.2. and the deadline has already been extended by one year, which is causing us great headaches.

We are also shaking about that. For us, the deadline already extended by one year expires in January, and delivery times are currently like a lottery. Our general contractor says we should refer to Corona and the war, then it would probably work... well, whether it will really be that easy... For now, we will wait for the planned delivery date in November. If it is not there then, we will probably try the second extension.

I have now received a reminder that my already extended deadline expires this month. It also said that if I don't manage it, I should informally request an extension again, stating the reason why. I don’t know if it would be approved (I will manage, I’m just missing the forms and the invoice from the specialist contractor). But that’s what I would try in your place. They can’t do more than reject it, and they can’t punish you if it still works out within the normal deadline. Possibly have the specialist contractor draft a letter stating that everything has been ordered but cannot be delivered yet. Basically as a confirmation. The BAFA will also be aware of the delivery problems with heat pumps...

Can someone help me. Unfortunately, I am in a legal dispute with my plumber over another major issue. I need the specialist contractor declaration. I will certainly not get it from him at the moment. Can I also bring another plumber on board ([es kommt demnächst sowieso eine andere Firma]) who will issue it for me? The hydraulic balancing and the 1-year check will still need to be carried out next year anyway.
