It took me 3 months. I submitted the application at the end of July. It might even take longer at the moment.

I took the annual performance factor calculation from the Wolf homepage.
According to the general contractor, a signature was not necessary.
The application was then approved without objection.
We also only had an informal estimate from the general contractor of how much it would cost. No written offer with all items.

Great, thanks a lot for the info. Good to know already ;) Were the invoices for the BAFA then issued by your general contractor as proof or by the heating installer? I also read that the builder's certification can be used for this, since there are often only a few interim invoices with general contractors. And who issued the specialist contractor declaration?

Thanks :)

Nothing has been issued yet. :) We are currently in the middle of construction. The heating system will be put into operation next week. The invoices apparently come from the GU. All items related to the heating are listed there. Except for one invoice. We also had to lay a local heating pipe, which we paid directly to the heating installer. The specialist contractor declaration was the report from the Wolf homepage. There is a calculator for the annual performance factor there. We got the data for that from the GU. Nobody signed the report/declaration. According to the GU, that was not necessary. He probably also asked the heating installer about it again. As I said, this is how it went for us, no guarantee that it always works like this. I think it makes a difference whether you build with a GU, developer, or order everything individually yourself.

Do I remember correctly that you also commissioned the heat pump in connection with controlled residential ventilation? Was the latter, i.e. the ventilation system, explicitly mentioned in the funding application or merely included in the total cost calculation, since it is allegedly not differentiated here?

For my part, I only included the controlled residential ventilation in the total costs in my application. I had uploaded the offer right away (which is probably not necessary), and the controlled residential ventilation is included there. The grant notice is available. However, I cannot say whether the respective caseworker looked at the offer or not. Whether it is really eligible for funding or not will be checked later again based on the invoice(s). I assume they will also be examined closely.
