Hello everyone,
sorry for the double post, I had already asked the question in another thread but believe it is better placed here.
We also want to build next year, have now started planning, and want to take advantage of the Bafa subsidy.
It has already been written here that many submit the application more or less on a flat-rate basis.
How binding are the details in the Bafa application and the associated offer regarding the type of heating system and the specific type, which must be selected?
Initially, we tended toward an air heat pump, but after a longer conversation with the heating engineer, we would now go for a ground source heat pump with deep drilling. We have an offer for such a system and the deep drilling. We have not yet submitted an application or anything for the deep drilling; we only know that our property is not in a water protection area.
Specifically, two questions:
[*]Could we - if the house is fully planned and - we find that the dimensioning does not fit or we want to choose a different manufacturer or the deep drilling becomes too expensive for us - switch to a different system, in particular even to a different type of heat pump system (air heat pump)? We understand that only the amount corresponding to the actual costs is subsidized and if the alternative becomes more expensive than indicated in the application, the full amount will not be subsidized.
[*]The application requires agreeing to the following: "no official approval is required for the measure to be carried out, or - if an official approval is required - it can be presented upon request." Is this relevant for the deep drilling? Do I have to obtain approval for the deep drilling before submitting the application to Bafa? That would be up to 100m the district office and >100m mining law? But we probably would not manage that within this year? Or do I not need all of this for the application yet?
Thank you very much in advance!
