From various sources, I have compiled the following information:
1. Regarding street and house number for the BAfA application: In new development areas, to avoid disadvantages, it is sufficient to provide the parcel number.
2. Applications should be submitted to BAfA by 31.12. to keep all options open.
Several possible options arise from the new funding conditions:
Option 1: Old BAfA funding (application by 31.12.2020) + old KfW funding (application by 30.06.2021)
Option 2: New KfW funding from 01.07.2021; BAfA funding no longer usable
Option 3: Only BAfA funding or only KfW funding usable (worst variant)
It should be clear that the new KfW funding cannot be combined with the old BAfA funding.
According to the Vaillant funding consultation, however, one always has the option to forego BAfA funding despite a positive funding notice from BAfA. There is no purchase obligation. To keep all options open, I would therefore definitely submit an application by 31.12.
According to , it is currently under discussion that in the future KfW funding could also be received without the KfW loan, which would significantly reduce the capital service burden. In addition, one could then use the more favorable house bank loan for a larger part of the financing amount.
